Cole A. Radovich

Cole Radovich is an associate attorney at Western Justice Associates. He is dedicated helping individuals receive fair compensation for their injuries and focuses on personal injury litigation and insurance bad faith. Prior to joining Western Justice Associates, Cole worked as a federal prosecutor based in Washington D.C. and practiced in courts across the country.

Cole graduated from the University of Montana School of Law with honors in 2015 and joined the U.S. Department of Justice through the Attorney General’s Honors Program. As a prosecutor, Cole successfully tried numerous cases to verdict. From 2020 to 2023, Cole also served as the resident legal advisor to the U.S. Embassy in North Macedonia focusing on combating transnational crime, terrorism, and public corruption. In 2023, he moved home to Bozeman and joined Western Justice Associates to advocate for Montanans, whether wrongfully injured or simply trying to get fair compensation from insurance companies.

Before beginning his legal career, Cole served four years in the Marine Corps and deployed to Afghanistan as a platoon commander. He holds a B.A. with honors in political science from Montana State University.

In his free time, Cole enjoys hiking, camping, and exploring new places with his wife and three kids.
