Western Justice Associates, PLLC, is a law firm based in Bozeman, Montana.
Our part of the west is known for its clean environment, wide open spaces
and neighborly respect for others. Western Justice’s work is guided by

Western Justice litigates successfully against the largest law firms in the
country. Our trial attorneys have a strong record of success and have
negotiated some of the largest settlements in the region, (see for example the $25 million settlement in Ankney v. PPLM). We also have a history of appellate success before both the Montana
Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of appeals.

Our Fees
Western Justice handles most cases on a contingent fee basis. This means
that the attorney fee is based on a percentage of the client’s recovery and
there is no fee unless there is a recovery.
